Not happy with your order? If you wish to retun your order, you can do it within 30 days from the receipt of your order.

 

How to submit a Return Request

 

Before proceeding with request make sure that:

 

  • not more than 30 days are passed since the day you received the products;
  • the products must not have been used, worn or washed;
  • the products must not be damaged;
  • the tag must be still attached to the products with the disposable seal which forms an integral part of the good;
  • the products must be returned in their original packaging, including the dust bag for shoes;
  • returned products must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days starting from when you sent the return form online to the Vendor.

 

1. If you are a registered user please go your account page; If you have purchased as a guest please visit this link and insert your order number and email;

 

2. In the "Order History" section click on the number of your order;

 

3. In the "Order Page" click on Request Return / View Status;

 

4. In the "Request Return Page", related to one or all the products of your order you can see the "Request Return" button under the column "action". Click on it to fill the form and send the request. If you already have submitted the request before you will see the button "View details" where you can see the status of your request.

 

IMPORTANT Make sure not more than 30 days are passed since the day you received the products. Otherwise you will see no action and will be not able proceeding with the returns request. BLANCAH does not accept returns over 30 days from reception.

 

5. Put the item/s you want to return in the original box, making sure it is properly sealed.

 

6.  Attach the pre-printed and pre-paid DHL shipping note you have in the packaging on the exterior of the box. If you choose to use the DHL label provided you by BLANCAH the return has no additional costs. Should you choose to use a different courier for your return, you will have to pay for the return costs.

 

7.  Contact DHL to schedule a collection.

 

 

What happen after a Return Request Submission

 

After we received the returned products and checked that they meet all requirements, you will receive an email confirming that the returned products have been accepted. The amount will be refunded on the same payment method selected for the order, through our payment gateway upon receiving the return confirmation e-mail and will take up to 7 working days to process.

BLANCAH will refund the price of the purchased products, excluding the shipping fees.

The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the payment method issuer.

If the products don't meet the requirement, you'll be notified by e-mail and you could choose to receive back the products at your charge.
